Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 1 Recap
After the battle with Gyutaro and Daki, Kakushi finds Tanjiro and the others who were badly injured. Kagaya believes that defeating the sixth top rank is a sign that brings them one step closer to defeating Muzan. Meanwhile, Muzan encounters five higher-ranking demons, Kokushibo, Doma, Hantengu, Gyokko, and Akaza. He berates them for their failure.
Tanjiro finally wakes up from his coma after two months. Everyone is happy to see him awake. Meanwhile, Zenitsu is on a mission and Inosuke woke up seven days before Tanjiro. Tanjiro then heads to Swordsmith Village. He meets Chief Tecchikawahara. He informs Tanjiro that Haganezuka has been missing for some time and they are looking for him. He tells Tanjiro that they will definitely bring him back.
Afterwards, Tanjiro goes to the hot springs and meets Mitsuri, Love Hashira. He also sees Genya, but Genya ignores him. Before leaving, Mitsuri tells Tanjiro about a secret weapon hidden somewhere in the village that will make him stronger. The next day, Tanjiro tries to find a secret weapon. He then sees Muichiro, Mist Hashiru and a familiar figure from his dream.
