What Time Demon Slayer Slayer season 3 episode 5 is out
Crunchyroll will air Season 3 Episode 5 on Sunday, May 7. Like the previous episodes, it will be a simulcast and will air at the same time as the previous episodes. That means it will be available at 10:45am Pacific and 1:45pm Eastern. Crunchyroll simulcasts new episodes every week when available, exclusively in North America, Central America, South America, and Europe.
What Happened in Episode 4 of Demon Slayer’s Swordsmith Village Arc?
The end of episode 3 featured Tokito going up against a fish demon. The fourth episode opens with this fight, with Tokito quickly succeeding in defeating his enemy. A bloody battle continues as Tanjiro, Genya, and Nezuko fight Hantengu’s alternate emotion forms. The hero of the series gained much more information about his enemy and quickly adapted in battle. However, it seems far from over as the village is terrorized and every demon slayer receives a beating from Tokito. A little more information has been revealed about the Hashira Mist – including the potential origin of its Hashira designation. At the end of the episode, Nezuko and Tanjiro were in grave danger, knocked out of the attack, though Genya appears to be much tougher than his initial appearance and injuries suggested.
Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 5 adds Mitsuri to the fray
Since Mitsuri Kanroji, Love Hashira, is near the village and on her way, it seems likely that she will jump into the fray in the next episode. Additionally, Gyokko has yet to be seen in full action. Since Tokito fought a demon fish that contained a Blood Demon Art container, it seems likely that the demon will oppose him. This could also appear in the next episode of Demon Slayer, as Hantengu’s forms have taken most of the attention up to this point. With two higher rank demons to deal with and one split into multiple attacking forms, there’s a lot of focus splitting in this arc.
The next episode is called “Bright Red Blade” and it could mean a change in weaponry for Tanjiro. His arrival at Swordsmith Village was to obtain a new weapon. The name could suggest that his blade will finally be updated, although it is currently unknown if it will be a new sword or his current one. If that’s the case, fans should see Tanjiro wake up and jump back into the fray, showing his immense fighting spirit and determination. It may also point to other fighters, though none of them seem very likely to get upgrades at the moment. Fans will see what happens next for Hashiru, Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genyu when Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 Swordsmith Village Arc Episode 5 airs on May 7th on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
